At Globalspace Technologies Ltd, we strive to offer high-quality medical services. However, in some cases, refunds may be requested. Refunds are processed under certain conditions based on the services provided and the nature of the payment made. Please read the refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available for certain services under specific conditions. Patients may be eligible for a refund if:

• The medical service was canceled by the provider before commencement.
• The patient canceled the service at least 48 hours before the appointment.
• There was an error in the payment process, such as duplicate charges.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain medical services are non-refundable once they are rendered. These include:

• Consultation fees after the service has been provided.
• Diagnostic tests and reports once conducted or delivered.
• Treatment or therapy sessions that have already taken place.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at gstsupport@globalspace.in. Refund requests must include:

• Proof of payment (receipt or transaction ID).
• A detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.

Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days, and eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

5. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used. For example, if the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited back to that card.
